Nearly all museum objects are very sensitive and fragile to chemical or other reaction so it is very important to build a conservational internal environment for museum objects to keep the invaluable value.The internal display environment of museum display cases does not contain any corrosive chemical elements or pollutants that can react with and damage exhibits on display. For particularly sensitive objects,activated charcoal cloth and other pollutant scavengers can be used to remove any detrimental Volatile Organic Compounds-VOCs from the environment or off-gassing from other exhibits.
Inert and environment-friendly materials are comprehensively selected for the production of museum display cases so as to ensure no any chemistry reaction will occur between the materials and exhibited objects besides to ensure internal display space to be purified with no any air pollutants.For example,we only use zero formaldehyde MDF panels for internal structural and dressing panels.For dressing panels, we just select Bauman Creation’s fabric which passed strict ODDY test.All the metal parts are treated with powder-coating technology for inert nature so as to ensure all the metal materials to be far from oxygen reaction for more durability.
For museum display cases which adopt ZF-MDF panels,the surface of ZF-MDF panels will be well sealed with aluminzed polyethylene and nylon film to stop any destructive volatile organic gas like formaldehyde and acetaldehyde from damaging invaluable artifacts in display cases.
