In order to create a borderless exhibition cabinet, the traditional metal upper box part is replaced by glass to increase the light permeability of the exhibition cabinet. The opening and sealing mechanism of the exhibition cabinet are compressed and installed in a hidden manner. The visible surface of the opening profile is only 10mm, almost invisible, bringing the audience an immersive viewing experience. At the same time, the safety of the showcase structure and the ease of operation of the opening mechanism are guaranteed to meet the protection and display functions of the showcase.

Ensuring structural safety

The proportion of glass in the composition of the showcase is increasing, up to 90%. As an elastic material, the vertical surface of the glass will bend due to the pressure of itself and the top glass, resulting in a gap at the opening of the glass, and the sealing of the showcase cannot be guaranteed. And too high, too large non-standard size of the showcase structure is also a test.

The large constant humidity unit in the cabinet is equipped with the most advanced gas distribution system at present. Through the laying of three constant humidity pipelines, six differentiated constant humidity schemes can be formulated for cultural relics such as bronze, silk, calligraphy and painting, gold and jade, etc., which meet the highest cultural protection requirements of different cultural relics and give cultural relics a customized display micro environment.

At the same time, due to the different characteristics of cultural relics in the same exhibition cabinet and the different display requirements for micro-environment, the display space of the exhibition cabinet is divided into multiple display units using glass partitions, which meets the display requirements of each cultural relic like audience display.
